John Bell and Graham Lynk are Walking 4 Hope

It's one thing to walk from John O'Groats to Lands End, but imagine doing it carrying a 15kg Bath Tub!

That's what John Bell will be doing from April. Supported by friend Graham Lynk they are raising money for the charity Walking 4 Hope.

John and Graham have both suffered the terrible loss of their sons to suicide. John set up Walking 4 Hope as a way to come to terms with his loss and offering to support to those going through the same experience. Now though, the charity wants to help support mental health and prevent as many people from taking their own lives.
